Special place with pleasant staff and decent food. New-fashioned and functional rooms with a nice view of hyana picchu, Peruvian woven bags plus a terrace. Large breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Smooth check in and fantastic service overall. Late check out.

Located just steps away from one of the wonders of the world, this hotel offers a prime location for experiencing Machu Picchu. With easy access to the site before the crowds, guests can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the ruins. The comfortable rooms provide a cozy place to rest after a day of exploration. The attentive service, delicious breakfast, and stunning views of the Peruvian jungle add to the overall experience.
Some guests reported delays in luggage delivery and a longer dinner service, which may impact the overall experience.

The hotel has a very good service and very good location, the two points are perfect.
At first, as the room charge was USD975/night +10%, so makes me a gorgeous impression, however to my disappointment, when I was in the room, the room is so small, bath room just has a small shower with a narrow toilet, from the window there are another building is close by you. Actually, the room charge has a very bad balance of the kind of room, even has a good service and good location.

Location, location, location!!! You are literally on the doorstep to the entrance of Machu Pucchu so you can stay till closing time after most of the crowd has left the citadel and be amongst the first to enter in the morning to catch the sun rise over the surrounding mountains. Your ticket allows you multiple entry to the park so you can return after breakfast at the hotel. The food was wonderful with a decent selection of wines. The wait staff were forthcoming of their recommendations to help us decide on our choices of Peruvian cuisine. The front office staff is efficient, friendly and very helpful. Your stay will cost a pretty penny but with such easy access to the citadel and all meals/wines included, it's acceptable.
The set up and decor is rustic and simple - a typical mountain lodge. So if you're expecting luxury based on the cost of your stay then you may be surprised or disappointed. But if you made your selection based on a package of location and food and warmth of staff then you will certainly retain, as I plan to, one day.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing! Being right at the entrance of Machu Picchu made it so convenient for us to explore the citadel without having to take a bus multiple times. It saved us a lot of time and energy. The hotel itself was beautiful with well-appointed rooms and a lovely garden. We also enjoyed the delicious meals served at the restaurant, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
One downside was the lack of early admission for hotel guests. We had to wait with a large crowd of people to enter the site in the morning, which was a bit hectic.

This hotel provided us with an impeccable service that fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the garden area was stunning and tranquil, perfect for meditation or just relaxing. We were impressed with the exclusive amenities and room advantages, such as the spacious Jacuzzi, exquisite massage service, and private facilities. the bar/lounge area offered a variety of drinks and snacks that we enjoyed before having a delicious continental breakfast at the restaurant. the location advantages were prime, allowing us to be the first in line to enter our desired attraction in the morning.
The only minor issue we had was trying to reach the hotel at night, which proved to be a challenge since transportation was not readily available. Nevertheless, the hotel's responsive staff did their best to help us resolve the situation and we were able to make it to the venue in the end.
