    really good staff
    high price

The staff at the lodge are really good and

Their service. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Machu Picchu, which allowed us to explore the site without the crowds. The price is definitely on the higher side, which might not suit everyone's budget.

Location, location, location!!! You are literally on the doorstep to the entrance of Machu Pucchu so you can stay till closing time after most of the crowd has left the citadel and be amongst the first to enter in the morning to catch the sun rise over the surrounding mountains. Your ticket allows you multiple entry to the park so you can return after breakfast at the hotel. The food was wonderful with a decent selection of wines. The wait staff were forthcoming of their recommendations to help us decide on our choices of Peruvian cuisine. The front office staff is efficient, friendly and very helpful. Your stay will cost a pretty penny but with such easy access to the citadel and all meals/wines included, it's acceptable.

The set up and decor is rustic and simple - a typical mountain lodge. So if you're expecting luxury based on the cost of your stay then you may be surprised or disappointed. But if you made your selection based on a package of location and food and warmth of staff then you will certainly retain, as I plan to, one day.

Special place with pleasant staff and decent food. New-fashioned and functional rooms with a nice view of hyana picchu, Peruvian woven bags plus a terrace. Large breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Smooth check in and fantastic service overall. Late check out.

The best part was the unbeatable location right at Machu Picchu's entrance! We enjoyed fresh meals and a good patio for relaxation. The room was nicely equipped but a tad small for the price 🌄

The hotel has a very good service and very good location, the two points are perfect.

At first, as the room charge was USD975/night +10%, so makes me a gorgeous impression, however to my disappointment, when I was in the room, the room is so small, bath room just has a small shower with a narrow toilet, from the window there are another building is close by you. Actually, the room charge has a very bad balance of the kind of room, even has a good service and good location.

Very nice experience at Machu Picchu

This hotel offers really good access to Machu Picchu, allowing you the luxury of exploring the site without the hassle of long bus rides. From seamlessly arranging our transport to providing personalized dining experiences. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with thoughtful amenities like raincoats and water bottles for our hikes. I would have appreciated more variety in the evening dining options, but overall, the ambiance and service exceeded my expectations.
